Construction of a new sixth form centre. An uplifting, sociable environment more akin to the university experience with a café, seating and event spaces downstairs and a modern workspace and library upstairs, along with the careers department. The site is located within Wellington College, 6th Form, Duke's Ride, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 7PU.

The site comprises of mechanical services supplied to a new 6th Form block consisting of ground floor café and toilet areas, first floor study areas, offices and Wc’s.  Second floor consists of offices and informal study areas.
