Aylesbury UTC

Aylesbury UTC is a university technical college which opened in September 2013, as part of a Multi-Academy Trust. the college specialises in Health & Social Care education, hosting courses dedicated to Nursing, Radiography, Physiotherapy, Social Care, Paramedic Science, Therapy & Health and Nutrition. 

The project consisted of internal alterations to provide a new healthcare training suite for health and social care courses. this included the creation and renovation of 'hospital wards', complete with all working plumbing and electrics of a genuine ward.

The mechanical services comprised of extension and addition to the hot & cold water services, sanitaryware, brassware and ventilation. The electrical services comprised of safely removing redundant services. This to allow the installation of new containment to the Electrical Distribution, Lighting, Small Power, Fire Detection, Structured Cabling, Disabled W/C Alarm, CCTV and Nurse Call System.
