The site is located within The Loftings, Stafferton Way, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1AY and comprises of apartment blocks A, B, C, D & E, with blocks A – D being privately-owned and block E being owned by the Local Authority.
Each apartment is served with an individual gas and boosted cold water supply. The gas is supplied from the metering rooms in each block via the service riser and corridor ceiling voids and is installed in Tracpipe, (pipe in pipe system). The Blended Cold Water Service is via a tank and booster pump set situated in individual external tank houses for each block, routed via the service riser and ceiling voids to each apartment where individual boilers are installed to provide heating and hot water.
