Lawton BES offers HVAC and electrical maintenance packages, inclusive of emergency call out services to your premises 24/7 365 days of the year.
We have a dedicated Maintenance & Compliance section, with in-house mobile engineers and a full call out facility. Contracts can be provided for 12 to 36 month fixed rates, including minor and major service visits or inspections.
Typical service contracts include planned preventative maintenance and certification. Including gas appliances, air handling & air conditioning plant, water quality monitoring & cleaning, pumps, BMS, electrical installation condition reports, emergency lighting inspections and we can integrate specialist sub-contract services, to suit our client’s bespoke needs.
