This department bridges the gap between our contracting team and the maintenance & compliance team. This approach allows Lawton BES to ensure undivided attention is delivered to any bespoke M&E project, no matter of size or complexity.

Turnkey Services

Our client direct approach ensures that the end users' requirements are fully realised, in a safe and cost-effective manner. Taking on the CDM 2015 regulations ‘Principal Contractor' role (where required), we offer a fully managed package, in strict accordance with our health and safety policy. This provides the client with a single point of contact for a project.

Through comprehensive condition reports, a detailed design process (via our in-house design team or consulting partners, if required) and utilisation of innovative/renewable modern technologies, projects are delivered with the bespoke client needs, always in mind.

Typical scopes of work could include, replacing a conventional LTHW heating system with an open flued appliance serving a few dozen radiators, installing a multi-boiler system with state-of-the-art BMS feeding a mixture of emitters/convectors, replacing air conditioning plant, new electrical vehicle charging scheme or replacement LED lighting upgrades.
